MSS International works together with partners (family) in Finland, Sweden, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, France, Portugal, Japan, the US and Canada. More partners are set to join our family in the years ahead. All these partners own a certain amount of POP UP3 modular vacuum toilet units, among other equipment.
This network of partners is on hand to help each other whenever an event requires more equipment than the local partner is able to deliver at that moment. The MSS International team coordinates efforts to make sure the additional equipment needed gets where it needs to be in the most economical, most sustainable way possible and keeping traffic, mileage, CO₂ emissions, etc. to an absolute minimum. The benefits of this network are starting to pay off, as more clients become aware of its existence.
MSS International assistance
We help our partners when and where we can. We provide technical support (training staff how to set it up, how to run tech support, how to dismantle it, deploy service and how to do regular maintenance on the system), logistic support, back up, commercial support, tips & tricks and much more.
On a regular base, the family gathers and share experience, knowledge, new developments and tall tales.
